Fraud & Payments Review

A closer look at where you’re losing money.

From £750 / one-off review

Discuss a review

Understand where losses happen, why they keep happening and what you can do about them.

I look at a defined sample of your activity alongside the processes and decisions behind it. That includes what data you hold, which useful details are missing and how your team could make better use of it.

  • Review fraud, refund, promotion or payment concerns
  • Identify repeat patterns, linked activity and gaps in controls
  • Assess data quality, reporting and decision-making
  • Receive written findings and a prioritised 30-day action plan
  • Work through the findings in a 60-minute discussion

The starting price covers one agreed business area and a defined data sample. Discovery is included. Broader reviews are quoted separately, with scope and price agreed before work begins.

02 / Getting started

Start with the problem
you’re dealing with.

01

Tell me what’s happening.

Rising refunds, repeated disputes or a payment that doesn’t add up. We start with your concern and what you already know.

02

Agree the work.

We define the scope, access, price and timescales. Data is shared securely, with only the information needed for the task.

03

Follow the evidence.

You receive clear findings or documented case decisions, with practical actions and any remaining uncertainty explained.

03 / The person behind SIGNAL

I’m Aaron.
You’ll work directly with me.

My background is hands-on: reviewing transactions, investigating fraud, resolving payment problems and leading the teams doing that work.

I’ve worked across customer service, fraud and payment operations, through to senior revenue-protection leadership. That experience shapes how I approach a problem: understand the detail, ask questions and follow the evidence.

A suspicious transaction is a starting point. I look at the wider activity, how accounts connect and what the available data can actually tell us. Genuine customers and the people making difficult decisions matter too.

Automation isn’t always AI. Rules, filters and systems passing information between them can be just as useful for the right task. I look at whether they work for your business: reducing losses, saving time and treating genuine customers fairly—and where a person needs to take a closer look.

When you work with SIGNAL, you work directly with me—from the first conversation to the findings and follow-up.
